What is it?
Organo monocratico o collegiale cui, nell’ambito del Modello 231, sono attribuiti i compiti di VERIFICA, AGGIORNAMENTO ed APPLICAZIONE dei Modelli di organizzazione, gestione e controllo (ex D. Lgs. n. 231/2001)
Duties
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the Model (i.e. ensuring consistency between actual conduct and the adopted Model)
- Assessing the adequacy of the Model (verifying that the protocols are genuinely — and not merely formally — capable of preventing offences, including through external legal/technical advice where appropriate)
- Establishing and managing the information flow to the OdV (managing reports and notifications — including in compliance with Whistleblowing legislation)
- Ongoing assessment of the Model's operational requirements
- Promoting necessary updates to the Model, following the analysis conducted
The Supervisory Body (OdV) carries out its functions in coordination with the other bodies and functions of the entity.
